Last week, the top minor-league batting projections were highlighted (link). This week, pitchers are tackled. Again, these are “in the prime” projections, not 2008 projections. Attached here are the Batter Minor League Projections (MLPs) from the 2007 minor league seasons (for players with 200+ AB+BB). In one sense, this can be viewed as a list of the 100 most-promising minor-league seasons from 2007, though some of the low-AB seasons are less reason for optimism than worse rate stats over more AB.
